In this workshop we will be visiting each of the Elements

- Earth, Metal, Water & Wood-

and their relationship to the Fire Energy of our Hearts.

Through Qigong, Acupressure, Pranayama (Breathwork) & Meditation we

will invite a sense of balance and peace as we celebrate these gifts of the Heart.

No prior experience necessary - it's all simple and easy to follow.
