This class will invite us to celebrate the beautiful gifts of our Chakras through the use of various modalities:
The gentle movement of Qigong, the healing magic of acupressure and the vibrational gifts of sound healing that deepen the vibration of our practice.  No prior experience necessary - it's all simple and easy to follow.  I would love to share it with you!
