Zoom Yoga (and Qigong) classes have been going great. It really helps to commune and share peaceful time together, even if it is from a distance.
If you are new to this program you may want to take a few minutes to review how it all works prior to joining a class... see if your sound/video etc is all good to go. Might save you some frustration.;) Here is a link to join Zoom if you aren't already signed up: https://zoom.us.
Classes are $8 each and I believe it will be easiest (for you and for me) to purchase either a 4-pass @ $32 (or perhaps an 8-pass if you are attending more than 2 classes a week) through PayPal. (Info below) If you don't have a PayPal account or prefer not to use this service, a check is fine as well. Also if you have never taken one of my classes and want to try it out before buying a 4-pack, please feel free to register for a single class, too.
Once you have purchased a pass, you will automatically be sent an invitation to each class being offered. I'm currently teaching 3 classes a week, two chakra yoga and one qigong/meditaton:
Saturday 10 am - chakra yoga
Wednesday 10 am - chakra yoga
Friday 10 am - qigong/meditation

An in-person session normally lasts between 60 and 75 minutes but I would like to offer a shorter session (approx. 30 - 40 minutes) that will still take you through an entire Yoga Nidra flow and then we would follow it up with sharing acupressure points that address the immune system as well as stress release. When the body is fully relaxed, the acupressure is even more potent. The session is conducted lying down in Savasana, covered by a blanket, pillow under knees if desired to protect lower back, and perhaps an eye pillow or cloth over the eyes for added comfort. It should also be done in a location where you are least likely to be disturbed. See below for more info about the powerful effects of this beautiful practice. (I do it personally every day and it has been an amazing addition to my life.)
